About The Position

This is a full-time leadership role based out of the Oklahoma City office. The RN Clinical Supervisor will be the clinical backbone connecting field staff, patients, and the leadership team, ensuring patients receive the right care at the right time across both home health and hospice services. The role involves occasional administrative on-call coverage shared among the clinical leadership team to support field staff after hours.

Requirements

Active RN license in Oklahoma
Prior supervisory or team lead experience in a home care setting
Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize across two service lines
A leadership style that's supportive, hands-on, and grounded in patient advocacy

Nice To Haves

Experience in both home health and hospice strongly preferred

Responsibilities

Supervise and support field clinicians across both home health and hospice, including RNs, LPNs, and aides.
Conduct supervisory visits, chart audits, and competency evaluations to ensure quality and compliance.
Serve as a clinical resource for staff navigating complex patient situations in either service line.
Partner with the Director of Nursing on scheduling, caseload balance, and staff development.
Support onboarding and ongoing education for new and existing clinical staff.
Help ensure survey readiness and adherence to state and federal home health and hospice regulations.
Step in on patient visits when needed to support the team.
