RN Clinical Supervisor, Home Health
About The Position

We’re seeking a skilled and motivated RN Clinical Supervisor to help lead our home health team in Culver City and ensure exceptional, patient-centered care. In this role, you’ll balance clinical oversight with hands-on support, guiding staff, coordinating care, and driving quality outcomes across the agency. The annual base salary range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $110,000 – 125,000; however, pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including job-related knowledge, licensure, skills, and experience.
Requirements
- Active California RN license
- 2+ years of recent home health or related clinical experience
- Strong clinical judgment and knowledge of home health regulations (Title 22, CMS, etc.)
- Excellent communication, organization, and team leadership skills

- Proven leadership or supervisory experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Lead daily clinical operations, including staffing, scheduling, and care coordination
- Supervise and mentor nurses, home health aides, and interdisciplinary team members
- Ensure all patient care aligns with physician orders, care plans, and regulatory standards
- Review and audit clinical documentation for accuracy, compliance, and quality
- Partner with physicians and care teams to deliver seamless, coordinated care
- Support onboarding, training, and ongoing staff development
- Drive performance improvement initiatives and participate in QAPI programs
- Provide clinical support in the field as needed, including complex patient cases
- Step in as a leadership resource in the absence of the Director of Patient Care Services
