Requirements

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
Home health and clinical experience
Experience with home health clinical documentation, including OASIS and electronic medical record systems (Homecare Homebase, etc.)
Interest in developing leadership and management skills
Strong communication and collaboration abilities
Reliable transportation and local travel
Ability to frequently lift, push, pull, and support up to 50 pounds, including positioning or transferring patients and moving equipment.
