Requirements

  • Licensed Physician, Registered Nurse, Licensed Social Worker, or Licensed Therapist
  • Home health and clinical experience
  • Experience with home health clinical documentation, including OASIS and electronic medical record systems (Homecare Homebase, etc.)
  • Interest in developing leadership and management skills
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities
  • Reliable transportation and local travel
  • Ability to frequently lift, push, pull, and support up to 50 pounds, including positioning or transferring patients and moving equipment.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day branch operations
  • Lead and develop clinical and administrative teams
  • Ensure high-quality patient care and outcomes
  • Manage staffing, productivity, and branch performance
  • Maintain compliance with Medicare and state regulations
  • Monitor documentation, billing, and reimbursement processes
  • Partner with leadership on growth and performance initiatives
