About The Position
Northwoods Rehabilitation & Nursing Center is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to serve as a weekend clinical leader in our skilled nursing facility. This position offers flexible weekend hours and is ideal for an RN looking for additional income or a leadership role within a supportive nursing team. The role involves overseeing nursing operations during weekend shifts, supporting nursing staff, and ensuring quality care and regulatory compliance.
Requirements
- Active RN license required
- Strong communication and leadership skills
Nice To Haves
- Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred
- Prior supervisory or charge nurse experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Oversee nursing operations during weekend shifts
- Support and guide RN, LPN, and CNA staff
- Serve as the on-site clinical leader for the building
- Assist with resident care and clinical needs as needed
- Help ensure quality care and regulatory compliance
