As a RN Clinical Supervisor, you will play a direct role in providing LOVE + MEDICINE through leading and supporting patient care for a broad range of patient demographics. You will be expected to perform with a high degree of clinical and professional aptitude as part of a multidisciplinary team of Advanced Practice Clinicians (APCs), Registered Nurses (RNs) and Emergency Medical Technicians (EMTs). You will also be responsible for project-based work, schedule production, managing direct reports, operational oversight and providing direct patient care.

Requirements

A minimum of an Associate's degree in Nursing
An active Wisconsin or multi-state RN license upon start
Current Infant-Adult Basic Life Support for Health Care Providers
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members

Nice To Haves

3-4 years of previous experience as an RN in Emergency Medicine/Urgent Care desired
