About The Position

Emplify Health by Gundersen is seeking a strong leader for their high-energy, patient-centered Sparta Urgent Care. As an RN Clinical Supervisor, you will play a direct role in leading and supporting patient care for a broad range of patient demographics. You will be expected to perform with a high degree of clinical and professional aptitude as part of a multidisciplinary team of Advanced Practice Clinicians (APCs), Registered Nurses (RNs) and Emergency Medical Technicians (EMTs). Responsibilities include project-based work, schedule production, managing direct reports, operational oversight, and providing direct patient care. Requirements

A minimum of an Associate's degree in Nursing.
An active Wisconsin or multi-state RN license upon start.
Current Infant-Adult Basic Life Support for Health Care Providers.
3-4 years of previous experience as an RN in Emergency Medicine/Urgent Care desired.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
