About The Position
The Stroke Program Coordinator is responsible for supporting high-quality, evidence-based care for patients with neurological conditions, with a primary focus on stroke care. The role provides clinical oversight, performance improvement leadership, staff education, and patient follow-up to ensure regulatory compliance, optimize outcomes, and advance stroke care initiatives across the continuum of care. Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
- California Registered Nurse License
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
- 5 years clinical experience
Nice To Haves
- RN experience working with Stroke Patients
- Master's Degree in Nursing
- Stroke Certified Registered Nurse (SCRN) - American Board of Neuroscience Nursing
