About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Wyomissing, PA pediatric home care office as an RN Clinical Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for a pediatric RN who is ready to take the next step in their career, grow as a leader, and make an impact beyond the bedside. Our team provides best-in-class care to pediatric clients throughout Berks and Lebanon Counties. As a Clinical Manager, you’ll combine your clinical expertise with leadership, mentorship, and care coordination while developing the skills needed for continued advancement within BAYADA.

Requirements

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
2+ years of RN experience
Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
A growth mindset and desire to develop as a healthcare leader

Nice To Haves

Pediatric nursing experience preferred
Trach/vent experience or an interest in learning
Supervisory or leadership experience a plus
Home care experience preferred

Responsibilities

Lead, inspire, and motivate field nurses to provide exceptional pediatric care
Visit pediatric clients and conduct comprehensive assessments
Develop individualized care plans and oversee their execution
Supervise and support nursing staff in the field
Facilitate orientation and onboarding for new nurses
Provide ongoing training, education, and in-services for field staff
Serve as a clinical resource and mentor for nurses as they develop their skills
Identify opportunities to improve clinical outcomes, employee engagement, and client satisfaction
Take on increasing leadership responsibilities as you grow within the role
