About The Position

The RN Clinical Lead is a working Team Lead who acts as the technical and clinical lead in the Family Medicine office, managing clinical work processes. This position is located at 1 Maple Commons in the Saratoga/Wilton area and works Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The role uses the nursing process to diagnose and treat human responses to actual or potential problems, considering each patient's physical and age-related needs and available resources. The RN Clinical Lead is accountable to patients, families, and peers for the work performed in support of the organization’s mission to provide quality primary health care within the community. Other duties may be assigned.

Requirements

Three to five years of nursing experience; experience in a primary care setting is preferred, with specific needs determined by the primary care service and specialty.
Demonstrated skills and ability to assess, treat, and care for patients based on the ages served by the Primary Care Center.
Current New York State license and registration.
Current CPR certification.
High school diploma required.
Ability to lift 20 pounds.

Nice To Haves

BNS highly preferred.
Primary care nursing experience preferred.
