About The Position
THP Healthcare Staffing is recruiting an RN for a Clinical Decision Unit position in Elkins, West Virginia. The position is for a 4x12 night shift. Candidates must hold current state licensure and have at least one year of recent experience. Applicants must meet the listed documentation, certification, screening, and vaccination requirements.
Requirements
- Current state licensure
- At least 1 year of recent experience
- Current resume
- Current BLS and/or ACLS and/or specialty certifications
- 2 current clinical references
- Physical examination within the past 12 months
- TB skin test within the past 12 months
- Titers for MMR, Hepatitis B, and Varicella
- Respiratory fit test within the past 12 months
- Current Tdap and flu vaccinations
- Must pass pre-employment screening, background screening, and urine drug screening
