Holy Cross Hospital – Jordan Valley has tripled its capacity following a major expansion, now housing 171 beds to serve its growing community. As an RN Clinical Coordinator, you will actively support the department director/manager by coordinating clinical and department activities for the unit, serving as a vital clinical resource and professional role model. You will demonstrate strong clinical judgment, ensure high-quality care delivery, act as a crucial link between physicians and the patient care team, authorize work procedures, assign duties, manage as shift charge, and actively take patient assignments based on unit needs and acuity, all while promoting patient well-being and adhering to professional standards. To be successful in this role, you will be a Registered Nurse with exceptional clinical skills, strong leadership potential, superior communication and collaboration abilities, and an unwavering commitment to ethical practice, quality patient care, and a supportive team environment. Key responsibilities include assessing patients' physical, psychosocial, cultural, and spiritual needs through observation, interview, review of medical records & clinical data. You will evaluate patient’s response and intervene to ensure optimal patient outcome. You will develop and implement patient plan of care and observe outcomes in accordance with nursing standards and in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team. You will provide leadership, support, and coordination of the unit’s daily operations during designated shifts. You will assist in directing, organizing, and prioritizing all shift activities ensuring patient care and staff needs are met. You will ensure the appropriateness of admissions/cases to the unit/department and that appropriate staff skill mix exists to provide safe patient care. You will serve as a liaison to the multidisciplinary patient care team.

Requirements

Associates Degree in Nursing or by endorsement
One (1) year of clinical RN experience.
RN license to practice in state of employment as applicable.
