RN Clinic Supervisor - General GI/Pancreas and Colorectal Surgery
About The Position
The RN Clinic Supervisor assists the RN Clinic Manager in leading the day-to-day operation and coordination of patient care services. The role supervises the General GI/Pancreas and Colorectal Surgery clinical teams at Eastpark Medical Center, Digestive Health Center, and 20 S. Park St. The supervisor promotes staff continuing education and evidence-based practice, and facilitates communication, coordination, and collaboration among disciplines to identify, plan, and provide high-quality, cost-effective care. This is a 100% FTE position with a Monday–Friday day-shift schedule, generally 7:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Hours may vary based on departmental operational needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN).
- Two years of RN experience.
- RN license in the state where employed.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification upon hire.

- Applicable clinical certification.
