RN Clinic Supervisor - General GI/Pancreas and Colorectal Surgery
About The Position
UW Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Clinic Supervisor to assist the RN Clinic Manager with leading the day-to-day operation and coordination of patient care services. The supervisor oversees the General GI/Pancreas and Colorectal Surgery clinical teams at Eastpark Medical Center, Digestive Health Center, and 20 S. Park St. The role promotes staff continuing education and evidence-based practice, and facilitates communication, coordination, and collaboration among disciplines to identify, plan, and provide high-quality, cost-effective care. The position is 100% FTE, Monday through Friday, day shift, 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Hours may vary based on departmental operational needs. Work locations include Eastpark Medical Center, Digestive Health Center, and 20 S. Park St.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN).
- Two years of RN experience.
- RN license in the state where employed.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification upon hire.
Nice To Haves
- One year of progressive relevant leadership experience.
- Applicable clinical certification.
