About The Position

A facility near Lebanon, NH is seeking a RN, Clinic Manager to join their nursing leadership team! This is a full-time, permanent opportunity with a schedule of Monday-Friday, five 8-hour shifts. The role involves overseeing clinic operations and staff management, including RN/clinical staff scheduling, workflow coordination, performance management, training, policy implementation, and day-to-day operational support. The position also leads administrative and quality initiatives, including compliance, documentation standards, process improvement, metrics/reporting, coordination with providers and leadership, and ensuring efficient clinic operations.

Requirements

• RN license with unrestricted privilege to practice in NH
• 5 or more years of supervisory experience required

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a primary care or outpatient clinic setting preferred.
