About The Position

Missouri Ozarks Community Health is seeking a full-time RN Clinic Lead to join its nursing team and float between the Cabool and Houston clinics. The role coordinates day-to-day medical clinic operations, including clinical support, schedules, specialty referrals, medication administration, and management of clinical nursing staff, to support patient satisfaction and quality care. The position offers a choice of a four- or five-day work week. Travel to other clinic locations is required.

Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of Missouri.
• Proven experience in clinical nursing.
• At least 2 years of direct supervision experience.
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology and procedures related to patient care.
• Demonstrated skills in phlebotomy and medication administration.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Organization skills, time management, professional demeanor, and a positive attitude.
• Willingness to travel to other clinic locations.
• Must pass a drug/alcohol screening before employment can begin.

Nice To Haves

• CPR (BLS) certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside staff in direct patient care.
• Oversee adherence to CLIA and OSHA regulations.
• Serve as the main point of contact for the clinic.
• Work with team leaders to ensure efficient patient flow and communication within the clinic.
• Manage scheduling and participate in hiring, evaluation, and disciplinary action of nursing staff.
• Plan, develop, and organize nurse trainings, meetings, and service activities for the medical clinic.
• Guide staff participation in continuing quality improvement processes.
• Oversee proper inventory control.
