About The Position
Under the direction of the director, the RN Charge Nurse utilizes the nursing process and facilitates patient care. The nurse makes nursing assessments and diagnoses, formulates care plans based on the diagnoses, and implements and evaluates the plans of care.
Requirements
- Diploma or associate's degree.
- Florida Registered Nurse License.
- BLS certification.
- ACLS certification.
- NIH Stroke Scale training or qualification.
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate patient care using the nursing process.
- Make nursing assessments and diagnoses.
- Formulate care plans based on diagnoses.
- Implement and evaluate plans of care.
