About The Position
Pre-op/post-op RN who provides direct patient care to patients before and after cardiac/endovascular procedures. Utilizes knowledge of cardiac cath lab procedures to ensure patients are prepared/educated for procedure. Coordinates care with other disciplines related to patient scheduling, patient care team and staffing. A strong knowledge of cath lab process to recognize/handle emergency situations.
Requirements
- Accredited school of nursing graduate required.
- NJ RN license required.
- 1 to 2 years critical care/cath lab experience/knowledge of cath lab procedures required.
- IV certification
- BLS
- ACLS
- Excellent communication/interpersonal skills

- Ability to perform well in high stress, fast paced environment.
Nice To Haves
- BSN preferred.
- Cat Lab experience preferred.
Responsibilities
