About The Position

High-acuity Cath Lab RN assignment at St. Jude Medical Center in Fullerton, CA. Traveler must be experienced in circulating and monitoring Cath Lab procedures including PCI, heart caths, pacemaker procedures, and emergency interventions. Unit uses Impella and Balloon Pump devices. Call requirements are heavy and include post-shift weekday call plus alternating weekends, with weekends potentially exceeding every other weekend to meet unit needs.

Requirements

• Experience as a Cath Lab RN
• Experience in circulating Cath Lab procedures
• Experience in monitoring Cath Lab procedures
• Experience with PCI
• Experience with heart caths
• Experience with pacemaker procedures
• Experience with emergency interventions
• Experience with Impella devices
• Experience with Balloon Pump devices
• Willingness to meet heavy call requirements
