About The Position
Our client is seeking an RN - Case Manager in Brookings, Oregon, for a 5x8 day shift. Applicants must hold current state licensure and have at least one year of recent experience. The role requires completion of pre-employment screening, including background and urine drug screening.
Requirements
- Current state licensure
- At least 1 year of recent experience
- Current resume
- Current BLS and/or ACLS and/or specialty certifications
- 2 current clinical references
- Physical examination within the past 12 months
- TB skin test within the past 12 months
- MMR, Hepatitis B, and Varicella titers
- Respiratory fit test within the past 12 months
- Current Tdap and flu vaccinations
- Ability to pass pre-employment, background, and urine drug screening
