About The Position

Care IV Home Health is seeking a full-time RN Case Manager to join its team in Fayetteville, Arkansas. Requirements

• Hold an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing with the Arkansas State Board of Nursing.
• Provide at least three professional references on the application or upon initial contact.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in home health nursing and OASIS is preferred.
• Candidates with ICU, ER, med/surg, or related experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Educate patients.
• Administer medications.
• Provide wound care.
• Provide post-surgical care.
• Deliver skilled nursing and direct patient care.
• Follow up with patients.
• Complete OASIS Start of Care (SOC) and regular SOC activities, admissions, and discharges.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
