About The Position

Adoration Home Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to lead its Nashville, Tennessee branch, which serves Davidson County. The Branch Director leads clinical services, establishes care standards, and supports quality patient outcomes. The role provides support and supervision to Clinical Managers, oversees administrative staff, and works with Clinical Managers to oversee clinical staff. It is responsible for the branch’s overall direction, coordination, and evaluation, as well as efficient office operations and a safe working environment. The position also ensures compliance with company policies and local ordinances, including fire and safety regulations, and that deficiencies identified through surveys or audits are corrected.

The role offers independent decision-making with support from clinical and operational leadership, as well as access to professional development and leadership training. Adoration Health is an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services and provides home-based support to patients, families, and caregivers.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse license; either ASN or BSN.
• One to two years of experience in health services administration, including at least one year of supervisory or administrative experience in Home Health Care or a related health care program, as required by applicable state and federal requirements.
• Valid license from the state in which the candidate will practice.
• Current CPR certification.

Nice To Haves

• Five years of experience in leadership or business development is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support and supervise Clinical Managers to promote effective performance and quality home care service delivery.
• Maintain efficient, productive, effective, and organized office operations and provide a safe working environment for employees.
• Ensure compliance with local ordinances and fire and safety regulations, in accordance with company policies.
• Ensure deficiencies identified during internal or external surveys or audits are addressed and corrected.
• Directly supervise branch administrative staff and oversee clinical staff in collaboration with Clinical Managers.
• Provide overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the branch.
