About The Position

Adoration Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to serve as a Home Health Branch Director in Florence, South Carolina. The role leads clinical services, establishes care standards, and supports quality patient outcomes across the Florence coverage area. The Branch Director provides direction and coordination for the branch, supervises administrative staff, and supports clinical managers in delivering effective, quality home care. The position is scheduled Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

The role offers independent decision-making with support from clinical and operational leadership, opportunities to shape branch performance and operational excellence, and access to professional development and leadership training. Adoration Health is an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services and provides services to patients, families, and caregivers in the home.

Requirements

• RN license; either an ASN or BSN.
• At least one to two years of experience in health services administration, including at least one year of supervisory or administrative experience in Home Health Care or a related Health Care program, in accordance with state-specific and federal requirements.
• Valid license from the state in which the employee practices.
• Current CPR certification.

Nice To Haves

• Five years of experience in leadership or business development.

Responsibilities

• Support and supervise Clinical Manager(s) to promote effective performance and delivery of quality home care services.
• Maintain efficient, productive, effective, and organized office operations and provide a safe working environment for employees in compliance with company policies and applicable local ordinances and fire and safety regulations.
• Ensure deficiencies identified during internal or external surveys or audits are addressed and corrected.
• Directly supervise all administrative staff at the branch and oversee clinical staff in collaboration with Clinical Manager(s).
• Direct, coordinate, and evaluate the branch.
