About The Position

VitalCaring is seeking a clinical leader to direct a home health branch, guiding patient-centered care and developing a strong clinical team. The Branch Director oversees clinical services and supports clinicians in care planning, problem-solving, and achieving patient outcomes. The role balances clinical quality and regulatory compliance with operational leadership and branch growth. The director also partners with local teams and referral sources, and represents VitalCaring in the community.

Requirements

• Active RN or Therapist license.
• Leadership experience in home health or a related healthcare setting.
• Passion for developing teams and delivering exceptional patient care.
• Ability to balance clinical excellence with operational leadership.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical services to ensure safe, high-quality care delivery.
• Support clinicians with care planning, problem-solving, and patient outcomes.
• Ensure patient experiences reflect compassion and excellence.
• Coach and mentor Clinical Care Managers, PSCs, and field clinicians.
• Build a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous growth.
• Lead hiring, onboarding, and development of the clinical team.
• Provide direction and oversight for consistent, compliant care delivery.
• Maintain clinical standards and regulatory alignment.
• Set clear expectations and support teams in meeting them.
• Partner with local teams and referral sources to expand access to care.
• Represent VitalCaring in the community as a trusted healthcare leader.
• Grow the branch while maintaining quality.
