About The Position

Adoration Home Health is seeking a dedicated Home Health RN Branch Director to lead clinical services and branch operations in Nashville, Tennessee, covering Davidson County. The Branch Director supports and supervises Clinical Managers, sets care standards, and helps ensure quality patient outcomes and effective delivery of home care services. The role has independent decision-making responsibilities and support from clinical and operational leadership.

The Branch Director is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the branch; supervision of administrative staff; and oversight of clinical staff in collaboration with Clinical Managers. The position also maintains efficient, organized office operations and a safe workplace, ensures compliance with applicable ordinances, fire and safety regulations, and company policies, and ensures deficiencies identified through surveys or audits are corrected.

Requirements

• RN license; either an ASN or BSN.
• At least one to two years of experience in health services administration, including at least one year of supervisory or administrative experience in Home Health Care or a related health care program, in accordance with state-specific and federal requirements.
• Valid license from the state in which the candidate will practice.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Support and supervise Clinical Managers to promote effective performance and quality delivery of home care services.
• Maintain efficient, productive, effective, and organized office operations and provide a safe working environment for employees.
• Ensure compliance with local ordinances, fire and safety regulations, and company policies.
• Ensure deficiencies identified during internal or external surveys or audits are addressed and corrected.
• Directly supervise branch administrative staff and oversee clinical staff in collaboration with Clinical Managers.
• Provide overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the branch.
