About The Position
The RN’s primary role is to provide personalized patient care, support the provider’s practice by performing clinical duties, and assist in coordinating patient care. The RN’s communication, conduct, and performance should support the clinic’s efforts. The role includes a $7,500 sign-on bonus for external candidates. The hourly pay range is $29–$52, based on full-time employment and factors such as local labor markets, education, work experience, and certifications.
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
- Active Registered Nurse license through the Washington State Department of Health.
- Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers (AHA) or CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer (American Red Cross).

- 2+ years of experience working as a Registered Nurse.
Responsibilities
- Assess and evaluate patient care needs.
- Suggest solutions to patient care problems and complaints.
- Identify and recommend solutions to departmental problems.
- Assist in assessing departmental function and productivity, and recommend changes as necessary.
- Assess patient and family learning needs, and coordinate and carry out a teaching plan.
- Perform clinical duties and assist in coordinating patient care.
