About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring registered nurses to provide one-on-one care to adult and pediatric clients in their homes. Clients may have a range of diagnoses and acuity levels, including needs for advanced care such as tracheostomy and ventilator management. Paid training and shadowing, including award-winning simulation labs, help prepare nurses for this home-care environment. Nurses travel to one client home near them and provide care on a schedule they choose, with clinical support available by phone around the clock.

Requirements

• Current valid nursing license.
• Graduation from a qualified nursing program.
• CPR certification in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on, execute, and properly document doctors' orders.
• Perform assessments and monitor clients' conditions.
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluations.
• Provide one-on-one care in a client's home.
