About The Position
BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring registered nurses to provide one-on-one care to clients of all ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels in their homes. Some clients require advanced care, including tracheostomy and ventilator management. BAYADA provides paid training and shadowing to help nurses prepare for home care, including training in award-winning simulation labs. Nurses travel to one nearby client home and work a schedule they choose. The role offers 8-, 10-, or 12-hour shifts on first, second, or third shift, with part-time or full-time scheduling available. Nurses use electronic charting through Statewise and receive around-the-clock clinical support by phone. Pay is $30–$35 per hour.
Requirements
- Current valid nursing license.
- Graduation from a qualified nursing program.
- CPR certification in good standing.
Responsibilities
- Follow up on, execute, and properly document doctors' orders.
- Perform assessments and monitor clients' conditions.
- Document observations, interventions, and evaluations.
- Provide one-on-one care in a client's home and perform nursing skills autonomously.
