About The Position

Join INTEGRIS Health as a night-shift, PRN Registered Nurse on the Adult Unit at INTEGRIS Mental Health in Spencer, Oklahoma. The role involves managing the delivery and documentation of patient care, supervising and coordinating personnel involved in patient care, and providing guidance and mentorship to non-licensed personnel and students as appropriate. The position reports to the appropriate manager, director, or vice president.

Requirements

• Current Oklahoma Registered Nurse (RN) license or a current multistate license from a Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC) member state.
• Current BLS certification upon hire, or completion within 30 days of hire.
• ACLS certification within 90 days of hire.
• Two years of experience providing direct patient care.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Assess and reassess patients.
• Develop plans of care.
• Implement appropriate patient care interventions.
• Evaluate patient care interventions.
• Supervise and coordinate licensed and non-licensed personnel in providing patient care, as assigned.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to non-licensed personnel and students, as appropriate.
• Manage the delivery and documentation of patient care.
