About The Position
Vivo Healthcare Lakeland is looking to hire a full-time RN 3-11 Supervisor to work at their skilled nursing facility. This role involves overseeing nursing services personnel, assisting with resident discharge planning, and providing staffing information.
Requirements
- Long Term Care experience is highly preferred.
- Must be a graduate of an approved nursing or practical nursing program.
- Must possess and maintain a current Florida license as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Must be able to move, lift, and position patients.
Responsibilities
- Ensure that all nursing services personnel are following their respective job descriptions.
- Assist the resident and Discharge Planning Coordinator in planning the nursing services portion of the resident’s discharge plan.
- Assist the Director of Nursing Services in obtaining staffing information that must be posted on a daily basis.
