  • Flexibility with hours and days; operations may run 20 hours a day, seven days a week, including most holidays.
  • Self-driven and organized, with the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Proven written and verbal communication skills.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or Information Systems, or commensurate professional experience.

Responsibilities

  • Measure and publish facility PI metrics to the management team, interpret data, troubleshoot processes, and recommend actions based on findings.
  • Collect and maintain accurate equipment metadata in EAM, including manufacturer, model, serial number, and system structure; ensure equipment is labeled, barcoded, or otherwise identifiable.
  • Maintain work-order data, including equipment assignments to PM plans, schedules, and work packages, and scheduled due dates or initial meter points for system-generated work orders.
  • Develop and maintain facility-specific PM plans, schedules, routes, and work packages.
  • Support management review of work-order data, including equipment, booked employee and vendor hours, parts usage, work-order types, closing codes, and comments.
