About The Position

AudioCodes Ltd. is seeking an RMA Technician responsible for the testing, verification, repair, and failure analysis of media gateways, routers, and VoIP phones. This role involves performing various testing and troubleshooting procedures on main and sub-assemblies of RMA units and/or products and their derivatives.

Requirements

AAS in Electronic Engineering Technology or similar with at least 2-4 years of related experience preferably in electronic manufacturing/assembly and/or related fields, i.e., telecom, computers etc.
Ability to read circuit schematics and repair at component level.
Ability to solder and familiarity with solder & rework stations.
Perform quality inspection and verification on rework assemblies.
Knowledge of basic Microsoft Office i.e., Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.
Ability to work in a team environment and self-motivated.

Nice To Haves

Preferably IPC-610 certified

Responsibilities

Perform functional testing and verification based on procedures.
Perform troubleshooting, repair, analysis, and generating failure report.
Identify, evaluate, and provide parts and components needed for the rework.
Assist production in testing and configuring products and/or units.
