RMA Technician

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience conducting evaluations, calibrations, or repairs on electronic test equipment or similar devices.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for documenting findings and generating quotes.
- Ability to read and interpret technical findings to determine necessary parts and repairs.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate records and certificates.
- Knowledge of ESD garment requirements and lab safety standards, or willingness to learn and comply.
- Ability to prioritize workload based on due dates and rush status.
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Eligible to work in the US (visa sponsorship is not provided at this time).
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment background and drug test.
Nice To Haves
- Technical training or certification in electronics repair a plus.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate, troubleshoot, and repair returned units.
- Track and document RMA status accurately.
- Relay findings and status clearly to requestors, TSRs, and cross functional teams.
- Resolve discrepancies and respond to issues before end of shift.
- Follow ISO9001 standards and ESD safety protocols in a lab environment.
