Join our Operations team at American Innovations and play a key role in evaluating, repairing, and resolving returned materials for the products our customers depend on!

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience conducting evaluations, calibrations, or repairs on electronic test equipment or similar devices.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for documenting findings and generating quotes.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical findings to determine necessary parts and repairs.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate records and certificates.
  • Knowledge of ESD garment requirements and lab safety standards, or willingness to learn and comply.
  • Ability to prioritize workload based on due dates and rush status.
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Eligible to work in the US (visa sponsorship is not provided at this time).
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment background and drug test.

Nice To Haves

  • Technical training or certification in electronics repair a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate, troubleshoot, and repair returned units.
  • Track and document RMA status accurately.
  • Relay findings and status clearly to requestors, TSRs, and cross functional teams.
  • Resolve discrepancies and respond to issues before end of shift.
  • Follow ISO9001 standards and ESD safety protocols in a lab environment.
