About The Position

This role involves supporting 8th-12th graders in ELA, Science, Social Studies, or Math. Tutors will have the flexibility to choose their schedule and subject. The position offers competitive pay, with in-person programs ranging from $20/hr to $22/hr, plus the opportunity to earn a program completion bonus of up to 10% of total program earnings. Tutors will make a meaningful impact by helping to close the opportunity gap and support urban students in reaching their full potential through academic assistance. The role offers a flexible schedule, allowing for 10-35 hours per week, which is ideal for balancing studies, caregiving, or other commitments. Requirements

  • Degree-seeking student or graduate with a minimum 3.0 GPA in Education or a relevant field.
  • Available to work 10-35 hours per week at an assigned school.
  • Strong literacy skills.
