Capricorn is seeking driven, resilience-focused sales professionals to join our Risk Service Executive team. This outbound sales role is responsible for renewing and growing the Capricorn Mutual protection portfolio. The position requires proactive outbound engagement, building trust, identifying Member needs, and converting opportunities. Capricorn Mutual is an alternative to traditional insurance, offering a unique, Member-first protection solution. The role involves managing a portfolio of Members, conducting high-volume outbound calls for renewals, upsells, and new protections, identifying Member needs through a consultative sales approach, and achieving sales and retention targets. The ideal candidate will be confident in handling objections, using assumptive closing techniques, and delivering a high-quality Member experience while adhering to performance metrics and compliance requirements.
