About The Position
Initiate, coordinate, and manage all investigational and evaluation activities associated with professional and general liability occurrences and claim pre-litigation matters. Negotiate resolution with authority from Administrative Director, Risk Management. Provide preventative risk management assessment of processes, procedures, and programs, including inservice education, consultation, liaison activities, and on-call emergency assistance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Current North Carolina RN license
- Five years experience in healthcare
- Background in nursing or business administration combined with appropriate hospital experience
Nice To Haves
- Experience in loss prevention, claims and/or safety management
