About The Position

The Risk Management Coordinator supports International Community Health Services’ enterprise-wide risk management, employee safety, and emergency preparedness programs. This role assists in identifying, assessing, and mitigating organizational risk through regular assessments, incident tracking, policy management, and staff training. Working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders, the coordinator helps ensure compliance with applicable regulatory and accreditation standards, promotes a culture of safety and continuous improvement, and supports organizational readiness for emergencies. The Risk Management Coordinator plays an integral role in analyzing trends, developing corrective action plans using lean strategies, and maintaining systems, documentation, and reporting that protect patients, employees, and the organization.

Requirements

  • Associate’s Degree required.
  • Three (3) years' experience risk management, patient safety, emergency management, and/or employee safety.
  • May substitute two (2) years of relevant experience for the required degree.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
