Under the leadership of the Executive Vice President/Chief Operations Officer (COO) and Risk Manager, the Risk Management Coordinator is responsible for supporting the organization’s Risk Management, Emergency Preparedness, Environment of Care, Patient Safety, and Business Continuity functions. The Coordinator assists in the implementation and maintenance of programs designed to identify, assess, reduce, and monitor organizational risks while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and regulatory standards. The Risk Management Coordinator coordinates departmental activities, committee functions, emergency preparedness initiatives, training programs, policy management, and interdepartmental communications. This position serves as a liaison among departments and external agencies to support organizational safety, preparedness, and operational continuity.
