About The Position

The Retail Risk Associate supports the daily prevention, detection, and resolution of loss in an Aritzia boutique through a strong on-floor presence and exceptional service. The role safeguards the security of Aritzia’s people, intellectual property, information, product, property, and financial assets. Requirements

• Proven skills, certifications, education, and/or experience in retail risk management.

Responsibilities

• Uphold the safety and wellbeing of people, clients, and communities in the boutique.
• Protect the confidentiality of intellectual property, personal information, and corporate information in the boutique.
• Safeguard boutique merchandise through theft deterrence and inventory controls.
• Monitor and reinforce the security of the boutique’s physical environment.
• Ensure the integrity of financial assets and proactively prevent fraudulent activity in the boutique.
