About The Position
As a Cosmetic Sales Associate, you represent Von Maur and contribute to its reputation as America’s Leading Department Store. You help make a lasting impression on customers’ shopping experiences by providing attentive service, developing customer relationships, meeting sales goals, and sharing cosmetic product knowledge. The role includes demonstrating cosmetic techniques and applying products during consultations, processing sales transactions, and maintaining a clean, visually appealing department. Employees must be available for day, evening, and weekend shifts.
