About The Position

The Retail Risk Associate supports the Retail Risk Department’s mission to prevent, detect, and resolve loss. The role helps safeguard Aritzia’s people, intellectual property, information, products, property, and financial assets by maintaining a strong on-floor presence and delivering exceptional service in a boutique environment. The position also offers opportunities for continued growth, including within Enterprise Risk Management.

Requirements

• Proven skills, certifications, education, and/or experience in retail risk management.
• Commitment to learn and apply Aritzia’s Values and Business and People Leadership principles.
• Ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners.
• Commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business.

Responsibilities

• Uphold the safety and wellbeing of people, clients, and communities in the boutique.
• Protect the confidentiality of intellectual property, personal information, and corporate information.
• Safeguard boutique merchandise through theft deterrence and inventory controls.
• Monitor and reinforce the security of the boutique’s physical environment.
• Ensure the integrity of financial assets and proactively prevent fraudulent activity.
