About The Position
As a Loss Prevention Associate, you help protect the company’s assets by preventing loss and providing a secure environment for customers and employees. The position focuses on reducing internal and external theft, handling shoplifting incidents in accordance with company directives and state laws, documenting cases, and investigating credit card and check fraud. You are expected to achieve individual case goals and be available for day, evening, and weekend shifts.
Responsibilities
- Identify and reduce sources of internal and external theft to control shrinkage.
- Apprehend shoplifters according to company directives and state laws.
- Maintain case logs and incident reports.
- Conduct investigations, including credit card and check fraud.
- Achieve individual case goals.
- Be available to work day, evening, and weekend shifts.
