The essential and critical functions include answering calls, initial processing of new claims, maintaining accurate digital files, managing high-volume correspondence and acts as a primary point of contact for injured workers. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, maintains a professional and caring demeanor, listens well, provides excellent customer service and manages sensitive medical and financial data with strict confidentiality.
