About The Position
Canoco Energy Services is looking for skilled Rig Welders to join our team for local and out-of-town industrial work.
Requirements
- Journeyman Welder certification
- Oil & Gas or industrial welding experience
- Experience working in industrial construction, maintenance, and/or turnaround environments
- Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and work packages
- Strong welding, fabrication, fitting, and preparation skills
- Experience with piping systems and associated components
- Ability to successfully complete required weld testing
- Valid Class 5 Driver's License
- Current applicable safety certifications
- F3-F4 welding qualification
- F6-F4 welding qualification – Small Bore, 1/2" to Max
- F6-F5 welding qualification – Small Bore, 1/2" to Max
- CWB Carbon – All Positions welding qualification
- CWB Stainless – All Positions welding qualification
Responsibilities
- Perform welding, fabrication, fitting, and preparation tasks.
- Work with piping systems and associated components.
- Successfully complete required weld testing.
- Read and interpret drawings, specifications, and work packages.
