About The Position

Revenue Growth Management (RGM) is a critical commercial capability at The Coca-Cola Company, focused on driving topline growth by connecting consumer demand to the company's economics. This role is part of an evolution of the Global RGM Product from an analytical suite to an intelligent decision platform powered by AI agents. These agents will interact with enterprise data, utilize advanced analytics and optimization models, run scenarios, and provide recommendations with reasoning to commercial teams. This initiative is at the forefront of the CPG industry, involving agent orchestration, retrieval over enterprise data, and the evaluation of complex systems. The work is practical, with built solutions shipping to commercial teams for immediate use. This is an opportunity to build the next generation of commercial decision intelligence at Coca-Cola and establish the operating model for agentic RGM at a global scale, influencing how one of the world's largest commercial systems makes key decisions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 8+ years in Revenue Growth Management, commercial, or category roles at a CPG company or bottler, with direct ownership of pricing or promotion decisions.
  • Strong understanding of Revenue Growth Management concepts (pricing, promotion, assortment, mix) and commercial analytics.
  • Working knowledge of global RGM best practices across headline pricing, price-pack architecture, trade promotion optimization, assortment, mix management, and trade terms/margin management.
  • Strong understanding of how bottling partners go to market, including route-to-market models, channel/outlet segmentation, and the impact of pricing/promotion decisions on the bottler P&L.
  • Ability to interpret and explain product numbers (elasticities, uplift, share math) and their limitations.
  • Demonstrated experience taking digital or analytics products from discovery through launch and adoption in a matrixed, franchise environment.
  • Ability to write concise one-pagers and communicate insight stories effectively to various levels of stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated product management experience: framing problems, writing requirements/user stories/acceptance criteria, owning and prioritizing a backlog, and working with engineering through agile ceremonies.
  • Experience translating business needs into digital product capabilities, with the judgment to say no and sequence competing requests.
  • Demonstrated experience mapping workflows and processes end-to-end, documenting current states, designing future states, and identifying handoffs and bottlenecks.
  • Willingness to challenge the model when it's wrong and accept it when it's right, backed by data.
  • Strong pilot design and test-and-learn discipline.
  • Working fluency in Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint.
  • Basic SQL proficiency is preferred.
  • Practical experience using LLM-based tools for real work, with an understanding of their limitations, is preferred.
  • Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis and not require sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

  • MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification.
  • Experience at a top-tier management consulting firm (e.g., McKinsey, BCG, Bain) or the strategy practice of a leading professional services firm, particularly with pricing, revenue management, or commercial excellence engagements.
  • Confidence to operate RGM Pricing, Promotion, and Portfolio applications day to day.
  • Sufficient SQL to pull and check your own numbers.

Responsibilities

  • Own the product roadmap for the Global RGM suite, defining problems, sequencing capabilities by commercial value, and presenting to leadership.
  • Conduct continuous discovery with RGM teams at operating units and bottlers to understand decision-making processes, pain points, and opportunities.
  • Translate user discovery into product direction, including problem statements, prioritized roadmaps, and requirements.
  • Write user stories and acceptance criteria, and prioritize the product backlog based on commercial value.
  • Define success measures for each release and ensure shipped functionality meets business needs.
  • Ensure recommendations generated by the product can withstand scrutiny from bottlers.
  • Embed the closed-loop RGM workflow (insight generation, strategy setting, guardrail definition, execution, evaluation) into the product.
  • Design governance capabilities into the product, such as price floors/ceilings and discount limits.
  • Support pilot design and test-and-learn initiatives with market teams, including hypothesis framing and incrementality measurement.
  • Partner with AI engineers on insight quality and UX designers on launch communication and materials.
  • Build business cases for significant capability requests, assessing commercial opportunity and effort.
  • Lead product releases to adoption through launch planning, capability building, and user enablement.
  • Track adoption metrics honestly and feed insights back into the product backlog for continuous improvement.
