We’re looking for an experienced RFP Program Manager to build, scale, and own the end-to-end execution of RFPs and customer questionnaires in a fast-moving, growth-oriented environment. This is a foundational role focused on establishing scalable processes, implementing and optimizing an RFP management system, and defining proposal best practices from the ground up to support revenue growth through accurate, compelling and timely responses. In this role, you’ll work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Legal, Finance, Security, and Enablement partners to bring clarity, structure, and quality to complex inputs—while balancing a dynamic pipeline and evolving organizational processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2–5 years of experience in RFP management, proposal coordination, sales operations, or a related role.
  • Exceptional written communication skills, including writing, editing, and proofreading customer-facing content.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience using RFP or proposal management tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally and drive work forward in a fast-paced, evolving organization.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in B2B environments, particularly SaaS, healthcare, fintech, or other regulated industries.
  • Familiarity with security, compliance, privacy, or regulatory questionnaires.
  • Experience working in startup or high-growth organizations, ideally in roles that required building or evolving processes.
  • Exposure to CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and close collaboration with go-to-market teams.

Responsibilities

  • Own and build the full RFP lifecycle from intake through submission, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and on-time delivery.
  • Implement and leverage an RFP management system to manage content, coordinate contributors, and maintain version control.
  • Write, edit, and assemble clear, concise, customer-ready proposal responses aligned with brand voice and go-to-market messaging.
  • Synthesize technical, legal, security, and commercial inputs into cohesive, well-structured and persuasive answers.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration by setting timelines, defining ownership, and keeping stakeholders aligned throughout the process.
  • Develop, maintain, and continuously improve proposal content libraries, templates, and standardized responses.
  • Perform rigorous quality reviews to ensure submissions are complete, consistent, and error-free.
  • Capture feedback and iterate on proposal workflows, tooling and content as RFP volume and complexity scale.
