About The Position

Skyward is seeking an experienced RFP Manager to lead and elevate our Request for Proposal (RFP) function. In this role, you’ll oversee the end-to-end RFP process—driving quality, consistency, and on-time submissions—while partnering closely with Sales, Marketing, Sales Enablement, and executive leadership. Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end RFP process, ensuring high-quality, on-time submissions.
• Review, edit, and finalize RFP responses for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
• Lead and mentor RFP team members; provide coaching and performance guidance.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Sales Enablement to align messaging and strategy.
• Ensure RFP content stays current, on-brand, and competitively positioned.
• Support contract-related documents and renewal paperwork as needed.
• Help analyze competitive bids and contribute to special projects.
• Continuously improve RFP processes, tools, and win rates.
