About The Position

The RFP & Marketing Manager at MedSpeed will work closely with our teams to engage prospects throughout their buyer journey, with the goal of converting them into customers. The primary responsibility of this role is to create effective RFP and RFI responses and proposals while maintaining and updating a repository of approved proposal content. Additionally, this individual will create dynamic presentations, produce market intelligence reports, support lead generation, and enhance pipeline velocity initiatives, among other tasks.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of relevant B2B proposal, RFP writing, and presentation experience (healthcare marketing experience preferred).
  • Experience launching marketing and sales initiatives to achieve objectives.
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in marketing or related field.
  • The ability to think like a prospect, along with the potential and attitude to understand their priorities and goals.
  • A collaborative work style that facilitates effective teamwork within and across departments.
  • Excellent time management and project management skills.
  • A strong commitment to quality and attention to detail.
  • The ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong business acumen.
  • Willingness and ability to perform both strategic and tactical aspects of the role.
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems like Salesforce and marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot.
  • Proficiency in using RFP knowledge base platforms (such as Qvidian), PowerPoint, and other graphical presentation tools.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a partner to the sales team to create communications that articulate the value of healthcare logistics and help convert prospects into customers.
  • Support sales initiatives, including RFP and RFI responses and proposal creation.
  • Maintain and update our proposal response library, ensuring the content remains up to date and aligns with our brand standards.
  • Develop engaging presentations using PowerPoint and other graphical presentation tools.
  • Collaborate with a cross-functional team to uncover and disseminate market intelligence, including leading a task force and coordinating reports.
  • Coordinate prospect events, trade shows, and conferences on behalf of our sales and marketing teams.
  • Partner with our sales team to support their lead generation activities, including creating messaging, visual communication, digital experiences, and other resources to support those activities.
  • Support MedSpeed’s mission, culture, and brand throughout all external promotional activities.
