RF Test Engineer

AnySignal•Los Angeles, CA
•$100,000 - $130,000

About The Position

AnySignal is developing next-generation RF products and services for demanding space and defense missions. The company is building a flexible, high-performance platform designed to be easy to deploy, monitor, and scale, helping customers bring advanced radio technologies to life faster. The RF Test Engineer ensures that RF hardware—from individual components to complete software-defined radios and signal chains—performs as designed. This hands-on role contributes to how the company builds and verifies its RF products. The engineer owns RF tests from initial planning through final data, including writing plans and procedures, building test setups, running tests, and interpreting results. The work involves both bench hardware and code, using instruments such as spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes, and VNAs alongside automated test code. The estimated base salary is $100,000–$130,000 per year, plus equity. The final salary depends on qualifications, relevant experience, skills, and market considerations. Total compensation also includes an equity grant and a benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, HSA's, and a 401K program. Applicants must meet the stated U.S. Government space technology export-control eligibility requirements.
