About The Position

Booz Allen is seeking an electrical engineer to design innovative electronic warfare products and systems and contribute to advanced radio frequency technology. The role draws on experience in RF design, digital signal processing, and PNT to address technical challenges in support of military clients. The engineer will also share expertise through leadership and mentoring of junior staff.

Requirements

• Experience designing and conducting experiments using RF devices and instrumentation.
• Experience integrating and prototyping electronic devices.
• Experience with software development in a Linux-based development environment, including Python and C programming and GitHub repository management.
• Ability to develop innovative solutions to challenging technical problems in the absence of specific requirements.
• Ability to work in small teams with minimal supervision.
• Ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree and 7 or more years of experience in RF design, digital signal processing design, or product development; or a master’s degree and 4 or more years of experience in those areas.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with navigation warfare, electronic warfare, software-defined radios, and PNT sensors.
• Experience developing software in Rust.
• Experience using AI tools for rapid development.
• Experience with product ownership.
• Experience interfacing with clients.
• Experience with technical business development.
• Knowledge of Kalman filtering or other optimization methods.
• Ability to write and present complex engineering ideas clearly to non-engineers.
• TS/SCI clearance.
